Senior Technical Lead (BI): ETL Specialist with Datastage/Talend development skills. This senior-level ETL Lead should have significant experience in developing enterprise data integration solutions.
Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs.
Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and engineers.
Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements.
Meet with business partners to understand business needs.
Drive the project on its own and mentor the team.
Responsible for overall design of the solution.
Design, build and test applications.
Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality.
Ready to work with teams at different geographical locations.
Able to lead the team for implementations.
Mentor and provide guidance to testers/ developers.
Analyze and ensure test results and changes/defect are reflected in the test case and test cases are updated appropriately based on resolution.
Identify and recommend process improvements as necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Excellent organizational skills to manage a wide array of development/design information.
10+ years of extensive experience in ETL (Data stage, Talend) Unix scripting.
Oracle, Teradata or other Data Warehouse.
Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information and requirements to design and develop robust data integration solutions.
Technical expertise in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Experience in using team-based development and version control options.
Proficient in SQL building and SQL optimization.
Experience in Performance tuning.
Thorough knowledge of Agile.
Experience in Data Visualization is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree is a must
Master’s Degree preferred
