As a Project Manager, primary responsibilities will be management of projects, focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
Superb Communication skills and presentation skills will be integral to conducting planning and fore-costing meetings, hosting demonstrations, and facilitating retrospectives with team members and stakeholders alike

Key Responsibilities of Project Manager (PM):
Work with Product Managers to manage project timelines (Iteration Manager/ Technical Manager), scope (Product Manager) and budget (Project Manager), and proper funding milestones and approvals, release timing.
Responsible for financial and resource forecasting.
Focused on removing internal and external blockers.
Cross-project/cross-department coordination.
Communication plan & strategy with Change Manager and Product Manager.
Identify & quantify risks and contingency $'s, as well as impacts to delivery milestones (w/Iteration Manager/Technical Manager/Product Manager).
Co-facilitates project inception.
Project closing activities.
Accountable for project status reporting.
Accountable for project vendor management (e.g. financial perspective).
Manages change request process.
Runs steering committee meetings.
Accountable for audit requirements.
Accountable for project documentation administration (folio, wiki, etc).
Responsible for gathering and presenting audit requests.
Responsible for status communications.
Conducts team retrospectives.
Ideal Project Allocation: Fully dedicated.

Successful experience for least 2-3 years using the Agile framework, preferably in the role of Project Manager.
Having knowledge of full software lifecycle is helpful.
Excellent Communication in both Written and Oral 3. High Level of energy and enthusiasm.
Flexible work and leadership style to maximize team performance.
Certification is a plus.
Subject matter expertise in retail/e-commerce is a plus.

High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Bachelor's Degree
Master’s Degree Preferred
