How the process works

To qualify for the E3 Visa a candidate needs to go through the Eligibility Check.

Job letter from the employer.
Evidence of academic qualification.

If application is based on experience, evidence of the same needs to be produced.
A certified copy of any required license or other official permission to practice the occupation in the state of intended employment.
