We are currently seeking a CRM Architect in Grafton, WI. We are seeking a disciplined and multi-functional individual that has a passion for solving complex business problems and has the ability to think outside of the box to identify and conceptualize solutions to meet business CRM requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with business leaders at all levels to identify ways to leverage Sales, Marketing, and Service CRM capabilities. This person will work in close coordination with the CRM project implementation team which will design, build and support CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM®. This individual will participate in leading functional requirements sessions and act as a liaison between the CRM Implementation team and business leadership. This candidate will also support the standardization of business processes and data in CRM. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience with implementing and managing Microsoft CRM.

• Translate corporate and business unit requirements into guidance documents to assist in the implementation of CRM and ongoing use of the system. • Work with business team to fully leverage CRM solutions. Identify key features in CRM which will help the sales team achieve sales growth. • Support CRM solution functional sessions; assist with developing solutions which are aligned with corporate and individual business objectives. • Define standardized CRM business processes and reporting standards. • Develop training material. Conduct ongoing training sessions. • Manage the review of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements as part of an overall CRM implementation. • Provide support to business intelligence and other business needs relative to business analytics. • Assist with the design and execution of testing plans to ensure a stable, high-quality solution is delivered. • Be a subject matter expr sno CRM • Domestic (US) and International travel will be required to support CRM project scoping and testing events.

• Prior experience with CRM a plus. • Prior experience in providing solutions for sales growth

• Degree in Customer Relationship management or Business Analytics or similar work experience • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes through development and deployment of key data metrics • Ability to identify and formally document required business analytic needs identified by corporate and/or specific business units. • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
