Application Workload Automation technologists: creation of job schedules (workload automation) across the enterprise. The person must be able to analyze and create CA7, CA11 and AutoSys jobs that are of very high quality to ensure a secure and reliable environment. Must be able to analyze production work flows, makes recommendations to improve performance, able to make recommendations quickly especially during production outages, provide workload automaton forecasts and capacity of processing window.
This person could eventually lead projects such as new software release testing, analyzing new platforms and/or tools, or implementations of large workload management projects on any platform (especially Linux, Unix, Windows and Z/OS in physical and virtual environments with an understanding of Oracle). This position involves interfacing with customers to determine and implement departmental solutions for corporate projects and initiatives of high complexity. The person also needs to provide high quality workload automation solutions while providing outstanding customer experience to our customers.
Experience with workload analytical tools. Primary tools are CA11, CA7 and CA AE (AutoSys). Nice to have: CA7 and CA AutoSys analytics/SLA software experience. Installing and supporting CA AutoSys base software and infrastructure.
